Hey BP members, my name is Jesse, and I'm a inspiring investor.I recently looked into self storage, and I have noticed some investors repurpose old retail centers as climate controlled storage.

I was never inspired by those motivational posters popularized in the late 90s either, and instead had many a belly laugh at the demotivational posters that they inspired.Am I just too boring and jaded to have success?

What an inspiration.  

Currently looking for a property to househack further north along the Blue Line and this gave me some inspiration.

I've got cash reserves and I've begun looking for another house to buy as my primary.I must say I'm very excited but also a little bit nervous to take this next step.Thanks to BP for being a wealth of inspiration up to this point and in the future.I've already paid for a membership at ezlandlord forms and have those documents in order.

I am currently in the process of going through Brandon Turner's The Book on Rental Property Investing: How to Create Wealth and Passive Income Through Smart Buy & Hold Real Estate Investing and it has really inspired me to take action and learn by doing. 

I was greatly inspired by reading these books to learn more about real estate investment and how I can set myself up to begin my journey as a real estate investor as soon as possible.
