I've already tried checking local CAD sites, ROAM, etc but haven't seen the docs update.Asking bc in the past there have been deals I missed pre-foreclosure, they signed with someone else only to have that deal fall through and I was able to sign/sell deal before next auction cycle.

I believe fixing a home without living in it will be much faster and easier but I don't want to take on an auction house right off the bat and I wanted to start small using the money I made off selling my house to complete my first project.

We just picked up a vacant property in Centerpoint, AL for $15k, and priced it to sell at auction, opening bid, $39,500, knowing ARV was mid to high $70k range & someone paid a buck more and we are happy clams, only a couple months.
