New to mid term rentals and wondering if there is a way, or site to find out the demand by property type, bedrooms, location etc.  

They sent a letter to the owner that the "issue had been resolved" at the same time 10 to 15 people were living in a 3 bedroom.

I had thought house hacking meant living in a SFH and renting out the bedrooms.

For my 3+ bedroom homes I house traveling or relocating families, work crews, and displaced families.

Working on getting a new septic permit so we can add onto it, and increase the bedroom count to 4.

But renting an entire apartment or house is not cheaper than a hotel room, which is only a bedroom and bathroom. 

What improvements does the home need and how many bedrooms?

(There are also fancy lofts for much more per bedroom.)I just heard from someone who is looking at my furnished listing that they'd like to pay $950/bedroom and think that's justified based on the other places they're seeing.
