We just closed our second deal in the past 30 days, and for me, my portfolio or success, would not have been possible without an amazing partner.The reason for my post is that I've learned that real estate, especially multifamily, is a team sport.

I can go to Mexico (Yucatan) and spend less than $200/day and have an amazing time, in awesome hotels, eating fantastic authentic food, drinking until I'm wasted and going on multiple excursions. 

The members of that community are amazing and a wealth of knowledge. 

I was looking at 4-plexes in Georgetown and saw that there were apartment buildings nearby recently renovated, pools, gyms, and other amazing amenities.

I am interested in building my wealth and need a great agent with amazing resources that can help me get the ball rolling.

We're amazed and wonder how you are so lucky, because the few times that we have trusted guests to do something like "bring a 25 pound dog" it ends up being an 80 pound mixed breed dog that barks all of the time.  

Your welcome @Nicole Dantz I will definitely keep up on this thread, it is amazing to me all the research I've done and little information found on this company......wish I would of done more before signing up and to come to find out they just verified themselves they only been in business under KFN since January.

Amazingly, it is apparently nearly impossible to get decent comps for this so I'm not sure how to approach figuring out whether to outright sell it (and for what price), fix it up as a rental, or market it as a knockdown for the land. 

Cashflow has been amazing for me.
