I can say I have learned allot with bigger pockets.I know that there is so much more to learn. 

However, by residing in a multi-unit building, the cost of the building could be allotted between multiple parties, thus greatly reducing the financial cost.

The rate and fees are allot higher than a loan on your primary residence.
