Which is of course fraud, but their coaching fraud was verbal and your occupancy intent fraud was in writing & notarized, so guess which of the two cases of fraud (the allegation of verbal fraud on the part of the HML v the notarized written fraud on your part) a judge is likely to believe actually happened should it come to that.

The one positive aspect was they paid me fast, but after I had to do THEIR job repeatedly and exhaustively (I had to find and call SIX repair companies bc no one would touch a home warranty job apparently) bc I never heard from the ONE they “provided”, even after calling this alleged repair “company” myself after not hearing from them for over 24 hours!
