That bothers some on this board.

In case you don't know, the HOA boards are made up of homeowners and lot owners in the subdivision.

A WNY Facebook board I am on for another industry have people from Syracuse in it.  

Buyers won't be able to pay as much across the board because they need to cover their own agent fees. 

However, given a lax board and the community's preference to avoid assessments and projects I believe no major repair or replacement work has been done since the building was built in the mid 80's (i.e. roof, plumbing etc.,).

I think Brandon is an above board guy for sure who definitely knows what he's doing.

If they refuse, demand they handle the collection or file a complaint with the state board. 

Sarasota has a decent REIA and Frank ^ is on the board of it.
