You'll want to check the local city to know what you are up against- ours has a rule that no more than 3 unrelated adults can live together.

If they can't provide proper proof of income, or if they have more family members than your municipality allows in your apartment, or if they are felons, sexual predators, or other classes that your locale allows you to restrict applications based on, then good.

Because I hopped a plane just a couple days after high school graduation, I basically have no idea how to do adult life in the USA... so clearly the thing to do in this situation is get involved in real estate investing, ha!
