Many people are trapped financially, without guidance, especially with children at school or before school.Getting a minor second job, even saturdays for 8 hours, paying credit cards off ASAP, being careful of expensive car payments, saving 10% to 20% for an emergency/investing fund, shopping at Target - Walmart, looking for sales and coupons, etc.Being frugal aint easy.

I believe the first meeting you attend is free (there may be a coupon or similar on the site).There is a meeting this Thursday (Oct. 20th) at Tommy's Pizza on 161 between Sawmill and Riverside (at the west end of Oakland Nursery) that should have as attendees every type of investor, flipper, wholesaler, landlord, etc. that you wrote about in your post including BP folk.

The tea,coke,etc. has high margin along with appetizers and desserts.If customers are being cheapo and just using coupons for the main meal and getting waters you might as well close down the place as there is no money to be made.Bottled beer drinks have low margins, followed by draft, followed by highest margins with custom liquor drinks.
