The complaint still is in process....Ombudsman never called.I guess that is a half victory for now.

The advantage of going to court and being victorious is that the judgment will impact their credit and warn other landlords.You will also want to find out what the judges are like in your county.

It's a little early to sing the victory song.  

I mean why not learn from others mistake's if they'll share them .. and victory's..
