I don't see 1 or 2 properties through the property management company a problem, but I do see it down the line if I continue to buy in the region where management fees from these property management company is now a fortune. 

I would love to buy some land or a property in the Oaxaga region but wanted to learn more about financing land or RE. 

That region will require some risk mitigation, and would be better suited for a local flipper specializing in those types of properties vs buy and hold OOS IMO.

Hello,I’ve been researching the Wiregrass region in Alabama (Enterprise, Ozark & Daleville area) with Fort Rucker (Novosel) being so close and curious if anyone has any good experiences with SFH?
