The only stipulation is that you live in one of the units for 1 year, unless you are in the military and get stationed to a new location in which case the term length will be waved.

You gotta wait for the perfect wave and just trust that it will come with time.Whenever you invest off a negative emotion greed, FOMO (fear of missing out), pride, etc you will have a very bad time.
