However, the lady of the house is expecting in a few months, so this sort of inconvenience and added stress is not good for her!  

Apparently after the lady passed away, the family allowed her 6 cats and two dogs to have free reign over the house for what must have been months.

The lady had gone through bankruptcy.

We had a similar situation & discovered they were taking in laundry as we saw the water/sewer go to $165/month (2 old ladies).

I have read that according to RentRange rents for SFRs in Pittsburgh rose 12.6% and the average gross yield was over 15%.

Find a cleaning lady like mine. 

Paige isn't EVER going to be let in no matter how nice and "lady like" and polite she might be AND if she did get in they'd probably just sexually harass her. 

I just started providing welcome baskets which work well for my business model: the food to refill it is about $7, they can easily be pre-assembled and stored onsite (or with my cleaning lady), and I fill it every 1-3 months for each unit because of the long-term stays.
