Photography is absolutely essential. 

They will completely manage the whole thing, including linens service, photography, customer support, etc.

Arial photography is so affordable that it is a great addition.

I would make sure to talk to the owner quite a bit and have the owner be more involved in things like photography days, etc.

The problem with 360 degree photography is that awful fishbowl like effect you get around the top and bottom.
