Don't ask about a certain coaching program or training company. 

Any advice is greatly appreciated :) The reason there is no self made training is its like being a pilot.

These are professionals with additional training and a stricter code of ethics.

As for the value-add, I would manage all guest communications, pricing, listing, and other daily responsibilities, while also having a on-site team for all properties.
