With a hospital right there you should be able to take some of the units and make them monthly furnished rentals for traveling nurses. 

Sometimes I take on tenant with eviction and they are the best - no hassle, pay on time Tenants.Sometimes you get a nurse with great income, adult, mature, talking good - she's not paying on time every month or get a boyfriend who is criminal and you've got much more trouble than with couple kids.I'm really interested in people experiences and don't want them to stop this discussion because of constant mention of Fair Housing....geeeez 

Not assisting living or nursing home but homes for elderly who just can't keep up with their property and want an apartment and maybe someone there encase they need food and to make sure they take medication and if they just need some help.  

My residents are nurses, teachers (I have one PhD resident), and both military and civilian employees of the local base.Account Closed, I moved to Dayton in April if 2017.

All the tenants are Contractor, retirees, Nurse, store manager,etc.

I have yet come across another deal where the decision maker is in the nursing home and someone wants to buy her house. 

The wife and I both only work 2-3 days a week (firefighter and nurse) but it would still add up.

Head nurses can make $10k a month in my market.

In the short 2 months I have been a Realtor I have been able to help one couple purchase their first home which was great.Earlier this month in August I really wasn’t looking for a new primary anymore until my girlfriend was done her residency as a nurse but a house popped up in Towson, MD that I thought would be a perfect live in flip.

Then I switched to Nursing and graduated with a degree in nursing (and made the Dean's List)  But I have figured out that my heart still lies in the world of construction or remodelling and real estate.
