I received this "important document" from Stretto yesterday (Aug 25):Microsoft Word - Peer Street - COC - Cash Collateral MOT - Final Order(30651077.1).docx (stretto.com)I'm not a lawyer so it's hard for me to understand what has been ordered by the judge. 

I'm assuming you either need major collateral, major assets at the bank, or doing millions+ in revenue (like Apple or Microsoft).  

The structural job market changes are the one that worried me the most, even company like Microsoft is actually having declines receivables.Main Street would see the impact later on if and if there is pivot.

Microsoft of old; similar to holding RE for appreciation but not cash flow).There are stocks that produce large dividends but their growth prospects are very limited or nonexistent.

A single family home, condo or townhouse is always going to be valued as such regardless of whether someone lived there or ran Microsoft out of the dining room. 

They do have a few technology companies there ( Hp and Microsoft) that workers make a decent wage.

CRM we are currently using Keap, but may eventually move over to microsoft dynamics 365for real estate info we use vestmap, propstream, datatree and crexi for information on specific areas. 

Much of it is due to Microsoft and the companies/industry that spun off it.  

We are switching to dynamics 365 through microsoft. 

Get feet wet and see how forcefully I want to pursue REI vs just buying Microsoft.
