Im reaching out; *Loyalty*, Resilience and Desire.

You didn't really think that I was going to post the address of a potential grand slam deal on a public forum full of investors who owe me nothing and have no loyalty to me, did you?

We've had several agents now that have brought us more than one buyer, and this was facilitated by our meeting at the closing, where my wife (my agent) spent a bunch of time building a relationship.Ultimately, whenever these agents get a new client, they call us first to see what inventory we have because they want to work with us again...For those who look at this as a business, remember that a successful business is built around customer loyalty (repeat customers and customer referrals)...if you're not attending your buyer closings, you're missing a great opportunity to build a long-term relationship with your customers (both buyers and their agents)...

I feel loyalty to them because without them I wouldn't have the knowledge that I do.

Good tenants, all tenants, expect to pay market so as much as a landlord may think they are making points with tenants by supplementing their rents tenants have zero loyalty to any landlord. 

It does not create any loyalty it only cost the landlord money.Lots of landlords charge below market and their reasoning is complete rubbish.

I care about other people and have extreme loyalty. 

A lot of people moving to Austin are transient with no ties or loyalty to the area, so as quickly as they move, it could reverse to another "hot" area.

Yeah...it is a shame there isn't more trust and loyalty.
