Found out there is an alleged neighborhood squatter in a fort area down the street. - In researching neighbors to find contact info I found their names in a DOTD open hearing for a proposed project on the bridge that the street runs parallel to.

There was no written agreement between the two parties  in this thread so therefore  there is no way to enforce any  alleged agreement.

If there is an arrest (prove of alleged drug activity) I'm sure you'll have more leverage in the event of an eviction.

Which is of course fraud, but their coaching fraud was verbal and your occupancy intent fraud was in writing & notarized, so guess which of the two cases of fraud (the allegation of verbal fraud on the part of the HML v the notarized written fraud on your part) a judge is likely to believe actually happened should it come to that.

The one positive aspect was they paid me fast, but after I had to do THEIR job repeatedly and exhaustively (I had to find and call SIX repair companies bc no one would touch a home warranty job apparently) bc I never heard from the ONE they “provided”, even after calling this alleged repair “company” myself after not hearing from them for over 24 hours!

They also play games with what reviews can get posted, and which are flagged for BS reasons, allegedly (according to some agents who aren't dummies).I don't really have a significant bone in the fight, but that seems like relevant context.
