To be successful and stand out in your role, it requires dedication, drive, strategy and hard work.

But before we go on the quest for all the fancy amenities, I think a lot of STR owners should focus on the basics first.Just my .02I agree, but assuming you already have the solid basics like a nice, clean place and you want to figure out how to choose the best amenities to make your place stand out and increase profitability, the tool I’m trying to find is what I’m asking about. 

And on the flip side buying properties which cashflow really strongly might look good on paper for supporting a strong debt to income ratio, but you get all the headaches discussed previously around real life performance of houses that are too cheap.So I don’t really care what interest rates are as a stand alone statement.

My previous offer still stands if you decide to sell.

So you think Agents have a poor standing in Society today  .. like used care salesmen or how people pick on Lawyers etc etc..

Kind of like you are seeing now with the  Turnkey sales companies selling new builds.. their fee's will exceed market conditions.I had one builder that his bank was all over them  he had 22 standing duplexs that were not moving..
