Most of the time, commercial agencies have a personal lines/small commercial departments that can access insurers like Safeco, Travelers, Hartford, Liberty Mutual etc. that don't have a strong direct-to-consumer presence.

Keep in mind we are pretty much in prime rental time here in this area.There is only 1 rental available currently in Plainville on the MLS and it is a 2 bedroom houseOn Zillow/Postlets/Trulia there are only 6 apartments for rent and none are 3 bedroomsOn Craigslist there is only 1 other 3 bedroom for rent that I can see and the last post for that apartment was over a week ago.To give you an idea of the location, the town is located in between Hartford and Waterbury (2 major cities) and borders New Britain (a mid-sized city) directly off I-84 (major interstate) and located in Plainville is GE (a major employer) and ESPN is within 2-3 miles of Plainville as well.
