I have found many like this where investors do not have the expertise to know how to profit from buying and holding and banks have an appraisal for a house value and they can't dump it and rehabbers do not want it.Their trash is my treasure as I know what to do with these types of places.Anyway I just came back home to the office and jumped on BP!!
