Those groups typically research and know what to expect, which make them “easy” to host. 

Interest payments hit my account as expected.

I don’t expect to have much maintenance with it for a while since most everything will be new.

For anyone who has not dealt with an abusive or manipulative person before I do not expect you to understand this feeling but it was alarming, intimidating and really was like this  person was done pretending and had now revealed their true character.

But in true Private Money you can get the top guy on the line which is nice, but don't expect them to budge. 

Expect, to only get about 8% (or lower) of the properties you buy redeemed.If you pay close attention to the type of property, and do research to protect your interests, the percentage does jump up to about 30%-50% on the properties eligible for two year redemption.

Tl;Dr I am doing pretty good and doing a lot better than I thought I would, as profit usually should be average 10% which is what I expected.
