I don't have great knowledge on it (yet) to understand what all it entails.

This will entail an enormous amount of construction, (moved roads & stations) as well as a huge increase of foot traffic to the NWI region.

Considered the riskiest in this area I understand the challenges that this entails but also understand the upside on these investments.
