Someone is always looking to move, you just need to know why.

I moved here from Florida after seeing the expansive growth in the Columbus market.

Unless you believe the owners knew in advance that this model would not work and were doing this to just feather their nest and move on ?

After a Valentines purchase as well as a couple others, I was able to convince him this was a good move.

No deal is perfect, and anyone on these forums will have different investment objectives as you, but you will typically get some things to at least think about before moving forward.

Depending on how it is done and what guarantees the government offers and requires of the released entities, interest rates could move slightly higher.

I never was able to coordinate a consistent quarterly meeting for planning, I never knew who to contact because they have multiple levels of their workers and people were constantly moving in and out of the organization.
