@David Hamblin It's more about deal flow than your preference for starting out...if you are doing things like driving for dollars, you need to understand many possible RE investing strategies...think of it like a funnel...every possible deal you drum up gets fed into the funnel...the circumstances of the deal dictate your acquisition strategy.
