And the house I live in personally too.Then you have the 2005 era houses with Chinese drywall followed by the 2010 Chinese non structural plywood (used as structural in the USA).  

The hvac system for all of the houses was over sized for the heat load, not allowing the systems to run enough building uproot much humidity in the house, they also all used the wonderful Chinese drywall.

REI with Chinese connections may see market correction shortly.

I went through this a few months ago and the attorney I spoke with said they had a dozen similar cases all with Chinese buyers as the culprits in just that week....My guy was also Chinese.

I would be more worried about buying a new property with Chinese drywall because it supposedly emits noxious gases.

I replied that I wanted a person who will look at me like he did as they give me hard truths and call me an idiot. he smiled slightly (he is a fairly elderly Chinese fellow)  I think I might have earned a little respect right there :)So the lease is signed and I am moving forward.I have been trying to think about how I can keep moving forward from here.

I leave the flyers or menus for the local pizza and chinese food places that I know are good/reliable (a lot of pop up pizza places in our area that fail). 

There are some US banks operating  in 50+ countries.The Canadians, Chinese, Japanese, French ... all have some institutions doing business globally in multiple countries.
