., for the business days are deductible—not for the personal vacation days.On the other hand, with respect to the cost of the travel itself (plane fare, etc.), if the trip is “primarily” business, the travel cost can be deducted in its entirety and no allocation is required.

I usually recommend the notice to include name and contact information of the new owner or Property Manager, where and how to make payments, that we will contact them within five business days to schedule a walk-through inspection, if we will require them to sign a new lease, etc.

That said, you don't want to over analyse the deal and get super paralysed 🤒When you do your DD, make sure that you use Business Days that are based on the Seller's performance on a particular hurdle, say the days start to count when you receive a document and is paused upon request of further material information.

The property manager would naturally contact you on the next business day, which was Monday, March 4 to ask for your keys since you had not returned them to the office nor left them in the unit.Did the property manager actually tell you they would charge you for 6 more days?
