Of course you won’t make 25-35k net in year 1 or 2 but if you buy 3/4 unit buildings in a growing market you can after a few years.

I have found that I will need more networking to build the team necessary to make it a reality.

When building my home, I could easily have added $1M to the price tag by just using concrete and steel.  

What are some questions that you can ask to each of the required team members(PM, Agent, etc. ) to ensure that goals align and they are best fit. 

Focus on building your U.S. credit score, saving aggressively, and educating yourself through books, podcasts, and market research.
