Shouldn't asian americans be more offended by the chinese government allowing the conditions for viruses to re-occur and stop doing business with them until they shut down all forms of wet markets forever? 

It is currently filled with 4 female college students all with separate contracts that all end around August this summer.

@Ricardo I do, though it was more of a he said, she said situation (he attacked a female tenant after she heard he and the girlfriend fighting and tried to intervene, the female tenant called the police, but of course the girlfriend denied all of it.

As @Ian Ippolito said, it is probably a prudent decision to do your own deals and invest passively.

We got a text message today from the female applicant stating that her and her boyfriend had broken up because he had cheated on her and he also apparently lied to her about having cancer.

About 30 female real estate investors get together monthly, some are buy & hold, flipping, wholesaling, etc to network & learn.
