when you say non compete do you mean that no one can go around your back and steal a property from you or do you mean training a bird dog not to use your methods for a certain amount of time?

I am interested in getting my feet wet, by Bird dogging a deal or two.

I raise horses and birds, been here for over 20 years now....city girl turned country.

Wheter it is bird-dogging a deal to an investor, wholesaling, doing residential or commercial loans, residential or commercial purchases, and among many other things I enjoy real estate!

Instead of going out right away and flipping houses, I would recommend you try some bird dogging for people.

Earnest money would probably be around $1k with a 30-45 day or less close needed.I wouldn't be looking for a bird-dog who can find me a buyer, I'm looking for the buyers themselves.Could anyone do this?

Also do not blow out bird-dogging, wholesaling, and flipping contracts for those are good ways to make money too.
