I don't know about Texas but in North Carolina about 75% of the time you can find the LLC's owner name and home address by doing the following:Go to your secretary of state website (state not national)Look up the corporation nameAt least 75% of the time the LLC owner will register with themselves as the registered agent and their home address as the mailing address.If this doesn't work you're probably looking at more trouble than it is worth.

The risk has increased due to more difficult to terminate poor tenants.  

With tax its worse because laws are constantly changing and rarely is specific advise worth giving since key facts and circumstances can change the advice and make it moot. 

To pay off the mortgage faster, you can put extra money towards the principal amount to lower the interest and increase the ownership of the property.

Or if it's in Chippewa/Black Hawk school district (still has Beaver Falls postal address) it's in a great school district and worth looking into. 

Is it worth the investment (time and money)?

If 220k is a fair value is priced well, it may not be worth losing an offer for the extra 4k given they're paying around asking price.

I actually increased my original offer by 10k, and PinPoint accepted my offer today.

The HOA walked away (on a $6K lien) with a property worth $880,000!!!
