I have done several deals with AD mortgage on their wholesale channel, and they are a great lender to work with.

My question is, would you just let this ride or does it make more sense to attempt to catch them while they're working and ask them to stop?

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Now a good point though when their deals dont work do they change their lifestyle to accommodate the new reality ..

Anyone have experience working with Revedy for buying vacation rentals? 

@Sean Spagnola we work with a lot of real estate investors that provide us with intel on who the great property managers are.

However, if you generalize, if the company isn't personally investing in deals and is solely working off fees and carried interest, then I agree that you probably aren't seeing the best deals.

Will you be using the BP calculators (or alternative) to determine "pure" cash flow so you find a deal that really works.

.- I plan to do all the work for the STR etc... - But I have a family member (Brother or Parent etc...) who is interested in putting some money into it.- Total start up costs (Down payment + closing costs, furnishing, getting started on Airbnb etc...) = 200k USD- Family member wants to put in 50k USD of the start up costs, but doesn't want to be on the hook for the mortgage.
