Fix/Flip & Wholesaling - Both GREAT strategies that can work well with each other!

I recently came across someone on Instagram who was promoting his business/strategies for people to pursue to achieve financial freedom as quickly and best as possible.

I think the other methods you mentioned can be just as if not more profitable as storage again depending on strategy, deal and execution.  

This strategy is all about beating the competition with eye catching architecture, so not interested in rehab/renovation of other local housing stock. 

It's true that our market has become more and more difficult to gain cash flow but not impossible and many strategies to consider.  

I'm currently on the same journey and am evaluating the same firms but find that their prices are too high for someone that needs basic 101 accounting and tax strategies for a person that is just starting out.

While you can’t completely control who applies to live in your properties, you most definitely can find areas that are popular with students, young professionals, families, etc. 4) just as important as finding the property, you need to have an exit strategy in mind for the property.

This strategy has worked pretty well for us since 2017. 

This strategy involves living in one unit of a multi-family property and renting out the others.
