Anyone ever bought a property straight up with a business credit card?

I get a lawyer, demand that the partners buy me out and repay all my money plus the embezzled amount plus the appreciation, win in court and move on to the next investment.

If she leaves and you are out any money make sure you take her to small claims, you will most likely win but may have issues collecting. 

I would also recommend something like Acorns which is a Round Up investment vehicle where you link your debit card to the account and every time you make a purchase like $3.49 for a coffee the round up to the nearest dollar amount, $0.51 gets deposited in an investment account.

A Heloc is like a credit card on steroids.

Win win. 

@Seth Rouch  If they're looking to improve their score / build credit, two secured credit cards that report to all three bureaus would probably help the most. 

I know Home Depot offers one and I’ve used a Best Buy credit card for this also.

I used my heloc to paydown a substantial amount of credit card debt to raise my credit score a month prior.

You can stand your ground and I agree you are right in theory, but over $60 you may win the battle but lose the war.
