I’d prefer not restarting my loan term at 30 years if possible.

Currently shooting for around the 500k mark as that’s affordable and lands me close to downtown for my preferred lifestyle, if it’s my own condo that I buy first.What would you recommend, buy your own home first or buy a rental (an investment property?)

Additionally, some sellers just prefer not to work with real estate agents and want to avoid commissions, don’t like working with big firms and want to do business with local buyers.

I use American Standard toilets and haven't had any issues.I prefer luxury vinyl plank for flooring.

The contractor I am using prefers clients to pay his fee directly to him, of course, but all other payments-for equipment rental, materials, subcontractors-the client pays directly.

I personally prefer eggshell.

I currently live in Austin TX, but I prefer to invest in my hometown in OH.

You can probably make more money by focusing 100% on your sales as an agent and still keep your client happy by referring them to a preferred PM.
