Restricting advertising.

I see the same car advertised for $3-4K more, though.

First situation: Apartment was advertised at $1400 for a 2 bed/1 bath house.

In fact, in many situations, they hadn't yet even considered selling their property.Ways to do this include direct mail marketing, advertising (car stickers, radio, newspaper), cold calling, door knocking, working with probate attorneys, etc.

I plan to advertise on Craigslist.
