The neighborhood you're talking about isn't consistent in home quality and 500 sqft units aren't very desirable obviously.If I did have to put a number on it I would say 700-750 but again there are so many unknowns that you haven't provided us.

I thought they were the one thing that should be fairly constant between property types/location/quality so that you had a consistent way to determine value?
