My lender was quickenloans beleive it or not.Im actually trying to use a 2nd va loan the do the same scenario ive narrowed down another 2 duplex properties owed by the same individual but i do not believe they are on the same deed.

I spoke to some great members individually but never got to the meetings.

That's why many real estate brokers have training programs for new agents that teach these things.Hope this helps.

hi dilyn. welcome to BP and to the real estate world. when i first got started, i wanted to read every book i could, go to every seminar i could attend,   and take  every class i could find. i learned early on that most of these " schools" are shams. if you can walk away from a seminar with more knowledge that you walked in with, great. learn everything you can from every source possible, but it shouldn't cost you a bundle of money paid to a guy who claims to be " making it rich in real estate". lets face it, if he were getting rich by flipping houses, why is he teaching and not doing??

The individual/mentor I purchased my home from also owns 36 rental properties.

By communicating with several brokers as well as individuals, I have a great circle of agents sending me properties to consider as well as financing leads.
