I see a lot of people use the BRRR strategy but I just don't know if it really works in our area.I was thinking of looking outside of the NOVA market and maybe go though MD etc but I don' t know the area as well and do not have partners etc in those popular areas of interest like Bmore.Any advice would be much appreciated!

Now with our current situation of paying almost no rent even if it were not rented we could still afford the mortgage and be able top save a little just to have some money in case of a rainy day.

Hi @Luca Dal Molin , Im also in Dubai and I work on the other side of the radio, air traffic control.Ive been looking at the Dubai RE and I dont thin its a good idea to invest here right now, however IMO this is going to change in the next year or so,  due to oil price and possibly weakening of the USD which will make house prices more affordable for Russian, Pakistani and Indian investors.

he told me that Washington is a private land(hard to buy) or something like that but it seems that my affordable price range of a house is 40k :( sounds to bad to begging with. so ill need my wife's credit score even that she do not work to improve that issue and also He needs her SSN(true?)
