Hi Heshel, the rent is probably suitable for 1000-1300sqft SFH with 2/2 or 3/2by sustainable in Atlanta has more to do with tenants that you choose than from market, the market is relativity solid.

Your goal is to match apples to apples (i.e. sq footage, #BR/BAs, amenities, style, etc) as closely as possible. 

It would be perfectly legal and suitable for framing, but absolutely worthless. 

I do like Cardone but I also can take some issues with him... as much as I respect brash and bravado and a very no nonsense style, he sometimes creeps over into being an *** and I'm just not down with that.

I've heard once you get in with traveling nurses you can do really well, if the location is suitable.  

By that time you get more than one of those, you're usually approaching the dollars to just do the central system.We haven't found the fit to justify using one, as most of our places aren't built like efficiencies or loft style.

@Josh Cuthbertson curious, can you put an exterior elevation up so that we can see the style, etc. ?
