Primarily a specialty market I assume for those environmentally obsessed renters.It's a interesting concept but not really popular enough to generate higher returns at this time I would think based on higher initial costs to build.

I will definitely give them a call and see if that is an option, however this is where my newbieness (yeah I just made it up) comes into play as I am not sure how the seller financing process goes (I understand the concept but not the step by step process) so I will have to do more research.

@Dion DePaoli I knew the concept of accepting the DIL in a different entity, just not the exact documents and procedures, and didn't want the OP to think they could do a "straight" DIL, and think they were protected from the 2nd.
