Hi - Curious what source most use to validate rental rates in specific areas in Chicago...I have been using Trulia as like the overlay of the crime stats but since only really listing places for rent I am looking for other sites that might have better rental stats.

Might be difficult to sue for specific performance but lost profit may be possible.A key is to make sure you can prove you were ready, willing, and able to close on the closing date.Otherwise, we need more info.

@Mark SpritzWhile in the the year that you open the solo 401k plan you need to be merely pursuing self-employment activity (see IRS Publication 560 which lists this specific language), it is important to note that generally in order to continue with the solo 401k plan you must continue to to perform "material services" with the intent to generate earned income from self-employment.
