If you create a single member LLC, you won't need a CPA as it is a disregarded tax entity and you will report it on your regular 1040.However, since Olmstead vs FTC, single member LLC are not very good for asset protection anymore in Florida (charging order is not the sole remedy).

It is work for single family and small multifamily, too but the volume is so different that "driving for dollars" and various online searches as discussed many times in BP and elsewhere work really well for mailings or phone calls.

In addition to storage containers (which can be costly to have delivered depending upon where you are located) there are a few companies that actualy make a "portable" single storage building that are shipped flat and you tilt up the walls and have a rentalable "no building permit and no tax hit" unit ready to rent in a couple of hours.
