A few methods include: Real estate conferences (which can be costly), joining paid communities (which can really be costly), the meetups and forums posted in BiggerPockets, local events, and other online softwares that allow you to search for buyers specifically interested in your location and preferences (of which I like freipro.com the best).

Neighbor disconnected sewer line

His existing sewer lateral apparently runs under his neighbor's lot, to a manhole located in the neighbor's backyard, where both his and the neighbor's sewer laterals connect to another line that runs to the sewer main under the street.

Some of my leases need to be updated, including increasing security when increasing rent; putting in clear violations (such as tenants using electrical heaters, which is a fire hazard); having a reliable attorney ready should any legal issues arise.
