It's also illegal to sell goods below cost in an attempt to create a monopoly (drive the competition out of business and then raise prices to high levels).

Miami is pretty expensive but I can drive too and I have a feeling there are plenty of options in the south florida area.

But we are turning up the marketing engines to keep driving occupancy so we can keep up the pace on renovations.
