I supply nice properties and respond quickly to any problems, in exchange for on time rent payments and keeping the property clean.

If you have a good contractor you should be able to vocalize when you're unhappy and they will respond positively. 

In truth, it's inconvenient to be tied to an office and many clients don't care where we sit; just that we answer our phones, respond to emails and make sure the appraisals, insurance and anything else we were supposed to do got done.Frankly, we're finding the REIA's and meetups are full of; people who want money for nothing, people who are looking for 100% financing with 500 credit scores, and gurus selling "mentor" and "mastermind" programs.Stephanie

Just letting you guys know that I responded; didn't realize I could tag you.

I have a question for everyone using that: What do you say with those who respond and don't meet the minimum criteria that you have listed in your ad?

I even posted asking if anyone on BP uses the calculators and not one person responded.

If that's the case, you should certainly visit with the condo association board about the loss to see if their policy should/would respond to common area damage in your unit. 

You will get better advice if others can respond based on your specific circumstances.
