When I saw the property, the owner’s contractor was there Watweproofing the basement with foam, concrete injections and drylock paint.

We do paint and flooring and fixtures, maybe appliances, as needed between tenants. 

House needs some painting, carpet, yard clean up, etc.

It was in bad shape so we took a private loan from my parents to renovate 2/3 units, and have been doing work on the property ourselves despite not being licensed (I have done exterior painting, drywall repair, light fixture replacement, small things like that).

Inspectors don’t know or care about opening walls, removing wallpaper, painting things, new cabinets etc.

I am planning on redo-ing the kitchen, bathroom, all flooring, paint, and outdoor landscaping.

Hey everyone, I just finished some drywall and finishing in my basement, looking for somebody to come by and paint the room!

My PM has only a few pictures with cluttered spaces.The other home has better pictures taken before the tenant moved in.I was told the house doesn’t need painting and preparing for the tenant until the tenant accepts the lease.

I did a home in Johnson City and used Allen Trundle for paint/drywall and he knows lots of people - found some good subs through him
