As I progress down this road, I keep in mind that once my portfolio starts to build, I will need to start trusting others and outsourcing some of this work in order to make better use of my time.But for now, hopefully you all can benefit a little from my obsession to learn.

The second round was the CARES Act, which set aside $50 billion for tenant rents and the American Recovery Plan set aside $50 billion for housing assistance, including $27.4 billion directly meant for landlords/rent assistance.

If the rationale is covid, and vaccinations are taking hold as they are with the level of uncertainty surrounding conditions 15 months from now about the pandemic and recovery, I dont follow the connection or rationale.....
