Perhaps the only differenece is in a multi-member LLC the k-1 effectively hides the details of what would be on a SchE (or so I'm told since Id never received or seen a k-1).Anyway, yes get off a public forum and enage with some good lenders. 

@Nick Brown water wells have been sustaining most of the rural USA for decades...most of the time it's perfectly fine...the point is to have it inspected by a professional...if the well is viable you should be good...if there is a concern, weigh the options the inspector provides...the $500 for an inspection will save you $20k to dig a new well...Water delivery systems should be on your list too...there are several options on how you heat water and get it to your tenants plumbing fixtures...I would be interested to find out how you are billed for public sewer...if the city is not monitoring the amount of water coming in, how can you be billed for water going out??

It is public record through the City of Tampa building department.

You can get them from title companies or the local county office depending on public record laws in that state.

I do actually have a lot of experience in what you're asking about here, but some of those stories I'd rather not share publicly - write me privately if you'd like to chat; otherwise, now my wife and I operate a management business overseeing multiple units listed on Airbnb and other sites, and our returns and growth have been exponential year on year.

I personally do not work with the public even though I am a broker..

I wouldn't hesitate to name them publicly and file a complaint with the BBB.
